    I enjoy WebEx Connect's ability to integrate multiple communication channels and means. It makes multitasking and teamwork a lot more efficient especially through the workflow automation.

    Pros

    Quality of image and sound and ease of communication. Advanced platform for communication that reduces manual tasks and optimizes remote communication. Because of all these capabilities, Webex Connect increases productivity and facilitates teamwork.

    Cons

    High cost. Pricing can be on the high end especially if you need any configuration or integration that requires an IT team.

    WebEx is very user friendly. Navigation through the application made simple!
    The ability to organize your messages into group is a nice touch. Allowing you the ability to keep your team communications easy to access. Phone calls are easy to make, no complicated steps to make internal and external calls.

    Cons

    One of the only downsides is at times during phone calls the headset settings may switch to another. But even if so to fix it is an easy task.

    I like the in build features that allows me to setup meetings and everything in my calendar in outlook is updated, the conferences are nice, and the chat have many gifs, animations, and emojis.

    I think the training material is not that easy to absorb specially the event part.

    Pros

    I personally like the integration with other tools in webex connect, due to this we can manage all tasks within the webex environment. It provides us with a Unified communication platform in which we can Message,call,video conference and team collaboration.

    Cons

    The main drawback from webex connect is its Lag while handling large scale deployments and during peak usage times. I personally faced this issue from the support team, they are slow in responding to clients at the time of need. Less customization options.
