> **Pros**: Wildix offers a true unified communication experience — voice, video, chat, and collaboration tools all under one platform on desktop, mobile or tablet devices. The browser-based approach removes the hassle of heavy client installations and keeps things extremely user-friendly. The Hardware as a service approach for hardware allows for continual renewal and upgrade. Integrations with common business apps work and call quality is consistently strong. The system is designed with security in mind, which provides peace of mind when handling sensitive communications.

> **Cons**: A complex administration platform means we successfully provide a managed service for all clients. In a modern world dominated by mobiles - mobile clients are not included in the "Basic" license which makes both a "Basic" user feel expensive if their only handset is a mobile device and seem too expensive for businesses reliant on mobile users. Recent extensions to the core system and move into AI is making the solution complex to navigate through the options and "flavours" of the platform.

> Overall, Wildix has proven to be the last system organisations need to buy. The platform is continually developing and evolving. It is well placed to take advantage of whole AI move. > **Pros**: That it runs almost issue free. We have 30+ customers on Wildix, and if an issue occurs, which is very rare on its own, it is 90% not Wildix related.

> **Cons**: They focus a lot on the needs of big companies, and i think sometimes the needs of smaller companies come a bit short. For instance, the new Collaboration 7 is very good, but a bit complex when all you want to do is simpler phone system stuff, as a lot of smaller companies do.

> Very good, we tested 5 other systems before, and only Wildix was able to meet our needs. Compared to the competition it is just so much easier to set up and support.

> **Cons**: The least appreciated features are the difficulty in searching for numbers in the directory and changing the extension options directly on the landline telephone. The inability to disable automatic updates on the WMS.

> Our overall experience with Wildix has been excellent. As mentioned earlier, the switchboard allows us to configure all customer requests in a comprehensive and straightforward manner. In addition to this, with the latest AI integrations, Wildix is evolving into a platform that goes beyond a simple telephone switchboard.
