It is a single hub for finding, engaging, and managing service providers. It lets professionals discover and keep track of new suppliers. It highlights diverse suppliers or best practice project case studies.
Teams can use workflows to start new projects with service providers or bid out the project. It allows managers to collaborate on briefs, chat across teams, give project teams a central place to manage decisions, and create and pay POs with easy integration. SpotSource provides a digital process for evaluating new service supplier requests so that everyone is clear on where things stand.

Best agency management platform for large companies

1) We can find the best fit agency partner very quickly (saves time)
2) We have more data to make good decisions on who to work with (increases confidence and reduces the risk)
3) It gives me one place to manage agency projects and even request and pay POs via integrations (one hub to help me focus on what matters)
4) When I need to run a bid, it is handled very similar to how projects are run, so it is easy and again all in one place
5) The agency partners are also on the platform and our account team (and other project team members on the agency side) can help keep their data up to date and interact with us on projects so everyone stays on the same page
Pros
It brings all our marketing agencies to life. It pulls together data (like contracts, risk compliance, vendor status, supplier diversity) that was hard to find, so that we now have one unified view of our marketing suppliers and can make better decisions faster. They also make it really easy to capture agency performance through internal reviews and understand all of my colleagues who have worked with different agencies I might be considering.
Cons
I would like to see more new modules come out to replace other systems we use. I really think this could be a hub for not only finding the right fit agency but working with them, managing our relationships over time, and evaluating new agencies we may want to add to our agency roster.

Fantastic supplier management hub

Pros
SpotSource saves me so much time and makes finding a great agency very easy. We use it for agency management across marketing and are starting to add in workflows to run bids and projects. It does a lot and is easy to use.
Cons
I wish we had it sooner. But, it is top notch. The team is easy to work with when I’ve been on calls with them.
