What I love most about the reports are being able to extract them in different formats. The CSV format allows me to create pivot tables and easily analyze the date\!

> **Pros**: The system really is Simple so the name is very fitting. I like the ease and accuracy of the reports that I need to pull from the system.  They allow me to provide information quickly for Corp. meetings. My clients like having the information at their fingertips.

I'm always educating my clients about this product and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have done several virtual demos for my prospects, clients, and Mngmt/Sales, teams.  They are great at presenting the product and customizing it in order to benefit your organization. 

I like getting emails when requests are put in the system from our clients.

> **Cons**: This may be available and I just don't know but it would make it easier for my staff if they could just make one upload into the system for the compliance paperwork instead of having to do one at a time.  Would like it if the system could be integrated with Avionte Bold. This would keep my staff from having to enter data into SVMS. We can import payroll so that is a nice feature.
