Indeqa Board Management Software is a tool for management assistants. It supports prompt and efficient meeting agenda set-ups and provides meeting documentation. The software is an add-on for Microsoft 365. Users can employ templates to record meeting locations, participants and fixed agenda items. If meetings always occur on set days and times, arrangements can be reserved directly in the Outlook calendar of each participant. Meeting documents can be linked to the calendar from SharePoint and sent to participants via Outlook.

This add-on also supports the prompt and efficient taking of minutes. Agenda items, participants and locations are automatically copied to the minutes. When decisions and tasks are assigned to agenda items, these are automatically included in the minutes. Users can also assign priorities, statuses and tags to decisions or tasks. Progress on these items can then be checked via filters. Meeting documentation is available offline for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted from a device. Users then have to download it again to access the documents offline.

All documents are stored in the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. Only the meeting metadata is stored in Indeqa's database, and it is also hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. Indeqa observes Microsoft 365 security principles and is also ISAE3402-certified.
