About EventInterface
Eventinterface is an event planning and engagement software for conference and event organizers to market and manage events and encourage community building. By providing tools such as online event registration, POS, invoicing, email marketing, cancellations and refunds, event website templates and customization, Eventinterface aims to help users plan and oversee conferences and events.
Using templates and a drag and drop interface, users can build custom event landing microsites with information, photos, videos and other content to engage prospects and generate leads. Event invitations can also be created and distributed via email or SMS to market events with campaign tracking to monitor engagement. Attendees can register for events and pay online using Eventinterface’s POS feature and organizers can configure early and late registration, promotional discounts, international currencies and multi-session conference tickets.
With Eventinterface, organizers can engage attendees before, during and after the event by creating and uploading engaging conference programs and distributing content within the attendee portal such as speaker bios, presentations, videos and photos. Eventinterface also provides the resources to encourage community such as a chat functionality and integrated social media tools.

I have been using Event Interface for over 5 years and have found the experience to be intuitive...
I have been using Event Interface for over 5 years and have found the experience to be intuitive and able to facilitate all of our needs. Our base of over 22,000 Alumni all over the world have been able to register for our events using the Event Interface application. During those 5 years they have been very responsive to our needs and have made updates that have made our experience even better. We are able to "customize" information requests to make our planning easier & more accurate. This year we have been planning our largest event to date with over 3000 attendees and we have been very pleased with our attendees experience in registering. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to those with small or large needs.

I use EI for all my events with the Arizona SciTech Festival. Love it. Great way to not only ask...
I use EI for all my events with the Arizona SciTech Festival. Love it. Great way to not only ask questions for registrants but to monitor when people sign up. This is huge when trying to know which email blasts have the greatest impact. In addition, EI is a great asset to help manage your event with attendees coming and supporting the community after the event is complete.

After working with other event management software, Eventinterface has proven time and time again...
After working with other event management software, Eventinterface has proven time and time again to be the right fit for non-profit use. It's affordability and ease of use is next to none. While a major plus is having the site think like a planner thinks, it is still easy for users to register for their desired event. I have been a user of Eventinterface for two years and have no plans to go anywhere else.
