> **Pros**: While working for a former company, they used UKG. This tool helped the associates keep track of their company profile information and gave the associates the access to manage their own profiles. This was great for the HR operation at the company.

> **Cons**: Associates were often locked out of their apps. This glitch put a strain on our department.

> UKG is a great tool overall. It could be more user friendly for non tech savvy users of all ages.

> **Pros**: They state they have so many features but they don't function properly - lots of data but the reports don't work great.

> **Cons**: We moved from Paycor thinking we would get all these upgrades - they over promise and under deliver - lots of bugs and no one seems to know how to fix things.

> Not good. I wish we didn't move providers and stayed with what we had. The payroll features are horrible and have tons of bugs and don't make a lot of sense. I don't think someone with real life payroll experience created this system. Its more features for HR but even those features have tons of bugs. Way to much manual input and not alot of great data.

> It is fast and easy. I have my schedules in and set, employees can request times off and I can approve on the spot and they are directly notified.
