For my purposes, I find the two most useful features are first - communication and document sharing with medical colleagues in HIPAA compliant fashion, and second - communication with patients through the app using the feature which allows office number to appear on caller ID. I am able to send messages directly to other physicians involved in care of my patients and get an answer much more predictably and also more specifically as I describe below than trying to reach them by leaving a message at their office or faxing a question. I can include all of the details for my inquiry for the recipient to read instead of depending on office staff members to deliver my message or question and receive a message. I can also send high quality images and testing printouts in full color for the recipient to evaluate.
