    It was useful for setting up my clients' group classes and individual coaching sessions. The platform's simplicity and integration with Stripe made it ideal. In addition, it included a space for a pre-payment terms and conditions clause.

    Pros

    Making courses or hour-long coaching sessions to sell to clients was a breeze. The problem of missing appointments is addressed with Acuity. It's useful for projecting an image of competence and efficiency to clients. If I needed to set up another customer appointment, I would most certainly utilize it again.

    Cons

    Acuity is a premium product that comes at a hefty price. Only if it could help me make money would I consider paying the price. A business with long-term profit potential might also benefit from this investment.

    Overall, I'm very happy with Acuity scheduling.

    Pros

    The software works consistently and reliably. It's reassuring to know that customers are receiving the correct information, and we are aware of any changes in real time. Being able to ban problem customers is essential for us. The forms allow us to create click-wrap agreements with our clients.

    Cons

    My only issue with acuity is the look of the booking form. There isn't a lot of scope to alter the appearance, and the standard format isn't the most visually appealing.

    Superb Calendar Management

    It has been super easy to use as it's integrated with my SquareSpace website.

    Pros

    The things I like most are the ability to set up multiple calendars to control when people are booking into my calendar and how many time slots for each different kind of meeting I can plan a day! My calendar manages itself!

    Cons

    I've had problems with people getting the confirmation emails and not adding the event to their calendar, as it doesn't automatically create an event for the meeting with the recipient.

    I have had a fantastic experience with Acuity Scheduling where i have loved all it has had to offer. Acuity Scheduling has eased the pressure of scheduling for meetings by making the whole scheduling process very simple, quick and less attention demanding. With Acuity Scheduling, finding a suitable time for scheduling has become easier than before.

    Pros

    Beyond it all has been how easy and straightforward it was to learn how to use Acuity Scheduling to create meeting schedules. I have also had an amazing experience with the task automations that help automatically find the right date and time to schedule for a meeting. Acuity Scheduling also has excellent reminders that ensures that am always on the know about upcoming scheduled meetings. Its activity dashboard provides a clear picture of all my scheduling activities making ot easy to track them.

    Cons

    I have not had any unpleasing experiences with Acuity Scheduling and definitely have nothing bad to comment about.
