Gusto withdrew the funds, and deposits did not arrive on the following day as promised. You can imagine the impact on our 45 employees and their level of trust in our company. Hours of corresponding with their support team both by chat and phone left no resolution. Gusto does not have a human support network for after 7pm CST. 2. User interface is clunky. They still have the "25 records" is the total records listed at the bottom of the page and you have to choose 50, or 100 every single time you want to see a whole list. 3. You cannot assign employees to multiple departments within the same location. 4. Alerts come up on the home screen and you cannot easily make them go away. 5. The hiring module does not have a way of managing one applicant who has applied for multiple jobs. The system sees it all as separate applicant records. > > Poor. I expect so much more from such a prominent software. I also expect 24/7 human tech support when dealing with payroll for companies that have all sorts of hours of operation.
