Square Point of Sale is a cloud-based POS solution for use with iOS and Android devices, or Square’s own point of sale hardware. The software allows users to manage customers, transactions, inventory, invoicing, and payments, with additional tools for managing customer loyalty, marketing, employees, and payroll.
Square offers magstripe, chip, and contactless card readers for accepting payments via debit and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Square Virtual Terminal enables payment collection through a computer, which allows merchants to key in card details so that no card reader is required.

Square Point of Sale helps businesses sell in-person, online, over the phone, or out in the field. Merchants can add a synced online store, sell through Instagram and Facebook, and offer curbside pickup, local delivery, and shipping -- no coding required.

Daily stock alert emails notify users of items with low or no stock, and inventory levels can be exported to printable spreadsheets.

Pros
I use invoicing more than POS because when I am selling my books; It is hard to scan cards. So, I invoice for books.
Cons
Invoicing is great because of SQUARE but bad because there are losers that never pay no matter how many invoice reminders I send.

Overall, I'm happy with Square for payment processing and POS. Since our store travels and often has different staff using it, I needed something that integrated better with my WordPress store but if that wasn't the case, then I would 100% still use Square.
Pros
The Square POS works very well for what it's designed to do–make sales. Users will find they can trust Square and sales people will feel confident in the platform as well. The interface is easy and quick. The fact that the Square ecosystem is able to provide receipts and such is helpful also.
Cons
The reporting and order management needs some work. I would prefer a system that connects to my WordPress website so that I can later reference orders when needed.

Pros
It enables me to be readily available with a form of payment processing for my customers and i dont need a bunch of clutter and machines to get paid.
Cons
I dont like how they always find some reason to hold my payments.

Pros
Square's ease of use and flawless integration with my banking allow me time to focus on other areas of my business, helping me to grow.
Cons
There are no cons to this platform that I have discovered as of yet. I cannot say enough good things about the services.

I honestly can't tell you if the customer support is any good because I've never even needed to reach out for support.
Pros
-Super Simple setup
-Very intuitive to use
-Most Clients are already familiar with Square
Cons
-Processing is typically only a few hours, but payments made on Friday afternoon don't get processed until Monday which has, on occasion been a little frustrating
