Of course, a free plan always has limitations, but the paid plan also presented some points that in my work model were essential.
But it is still an extraordinary and well-recognized tool.
I know a lot of people who use it and don't give up.
I still recommend it to many entrepreneurs who are starting out in online sales.
Mailchimp is worth it. If you need, make a quote and call the service and you will be very well attended.

Pluses: It's totally intuitive and has a top-notch layout.
It caught my attention when I created some Landing Pages and came across several models. Totally free.
Totally accurate and timely email sequence.
Another positive point is the number of users that we can store in the free plan, up to 2ooo contacts, this for those starting out is even too much.
The tools are multi-channel, essential for any service.
In other words, a complete and articulated tool to meet any and all online ventures, whether affiliated companies or e-commerce.
Whether consulting a plan or making a budget, support and service are accurate and attentive.

It really is great marketing software though, even

The features are basic;
tool all in English and
it is not possible to create landing pages optimized for a higher return.
You don't have the ability to manage a sales funnel, just trigger a broadcast if you need to send an offer.
However, it is still useful for any service or company.

After you learn how to work Mailchimp, it does a lot and is reliable. I like the automation it provides.
Cons
A bit of a learning curve but not too bad.

Pros
Mailchimp's integration with MPDX is what we like most. Updates in one system carry over to the other. We can track changes of address and contact information across desktop and mobile devices.
Cons
Innovations are constantly being offered. Experimenting with what works and what doesn't is time consuming. We're a small team and falling down the rabbit hole of Mailchimp is demanding work that sometimes fails to produce desired results.

First, I love the automation tool literally, I get to automate everything, imagine sending emails for 6 months by working only 8 hours, yes, it is very easy because the drag-and-drop builder makes everything easy for anyone even those without any tech knowledge. you can create so many campaigns, for anyone into email marketing, this is your go too place. the pricing is also just fair and affordable for anyone, you literally get access to high-quality tools for a small amount. Reporting dashboards and analytics are very easy to read for anyone, literally, you are able to see how many people opened your emails, how many clicked on them, and how many unsubscribed, You can send up follow-up emails too with the automation tool and above all. with a small price to pay.
