The experience has been great. It has been an easy system to learn and navigate. As an admin, learning the system and establishing processes has been seamless. Coming from Dynamics GP, the troubleshooting is more manageable and there is very little customization required.
Pros
The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The usability was one of the first reasons for choosing the solution.
Cons
There are some weaknesses in the system, like customer refunds and equations have to be written for some reports.

Overall, our experience with Acumatica has been positive. It provides a flexible, scalable finance platform that supports a growing services business and improves visibility and control. While there is a learning curve and some areas require configuration, the long term benefits in insight, adaptability, and confidence in financial data outweigh the initial complexity.
Pros
What we like most about Acumatica Cloud ERP is its flexibility and scalability without unnecessary complexity. It provides strong financial control, intuitive day to day usability, and the ability to adapt processes as the business grows. The open architecture and integration capability give confidence that the platform can evolve alongside changing operational and reporting needs.
Cons
What we liked least was the level of configuration required to unlock the platform’s full capability. Some workflows and reports are not intuitive out of the box.

Pros
All the potential customizations for all the exceptions and special cases. I like how it's supposed to link everything together. The community seems great.
Cons
No integrated documentation for the processes and change. No way to visualise what will be. Some features don't seem accessible. I don't know if it was modified by the VAR.

Pros
It’s very intuitive. A lot of support using the system as well. The financials are helpful, and the reporting really benefits our team.
Cons
The early days were rough. GI’s use to run really slow. Now things are great. We’re very happy with the system.

We had a very smooth implemention! Learning to use the product was easy, honestly we had more issues restructuring our chart of accounts rather than learning to use the system.
Pros
Easy to learn. There are a ton of low/no code customizations that make it easy to configure so that it works for your environment.
Cons
Some limitations with report creation and distribution out of the box, but there are a ton of add-on products that were able to fill those gaps (check out Velixo)
