## Overview

### Key benefits of Maintivo

\* Eliminates evening paperwork by generating and sending a branded PDF report to the customer before the engineer leaves the site, with no retyping of field data.
\* Supports fully offline capture on iPhone for photos, readings, checklists, and customer signatures in basements, plant rooms, and no-signal areas, then auto-syncs and sends the PDF on reconnection.
\* Automates F-Gas compliance calculations by applying refrigerant GWP, converting charge weight to tonnes CO2e, assigning the correct leak-check frequency band, setting the next-due date, and issuing reminders at 90, 30, and overdue intervals.
\* Ships with eight ready-made trade forms (CP12, Split AC/VRF F-Gas, chiller, HVAC service, AHU, FCU, MVHR, and Work Inspection) plus a five-step custom form builder, reducing form setup time.
\* Adaptive form logic hides inapplicable sections and blocks contradictory sign-off, reducing completion errors on site.
\* Prints Gas Safe and F-Gas registration numbers on every relevant record automatically after a single configuration step.
\* Restricts engineer seats to assigned jobs only, with no visibility of prices, invoices, or margins and no permission configuration required.
\* Stores every signed record and photo in searchable, UK-GDPR compliant cloud storage accessible from the admin dashboard.
\* Optional invoicing add-on converts signed reports into branded invoices and surfaces unbilled jobs in a ready-to-invoice list, with a charged/outstanding/paid dashboard view.
\* Applies company branding (logo) to every PDF report and invoice received by the customer.
\* On-device dictation via Apple speech recognition captures engineer notes with no audio streamed to an external server.
\* Optional AI wording assistance rewrites dictated notes into readable prose for customers; all numeric readings are replaced with placeholders before text is processed, and the feature is off by default.
\* Self-serve onboarding with no training day, no onboarding fee, and no minimum contract lowers the barrier to adoption for sole traders and small teams.
\* Focused feature set excluding scheduling, CRM, and accounting modules keeps the product straightforward and reduces time to productive use.
