The AI Patrimoine agent delivers portfolio performance tracking, yield and cash-flow analysis, tax optimization recommendations, and financial projections. The AI Relation Locataire agent handles first-level tenant responses, intelligent payment reminders, and incident triage with photo-based preliminary diagnosis and message drafting. For Brik Pro subscribers, the Assistant IA Brik reads live account data across leases, rents, arrears, receipts, finances, loans, SCIs, and documents, and can execute over 270 prepared actions subject to user confirmation.
