### Key benefits of QuiénCubre

Record who is absent and get a proposal for who covers each period, following the school's own cover rules instead of a spreadsheet or a notebook. Cover is shared fairly: on a tie, whoever has covered least goes first, and the cover count shows each person's total and their last cover. Staff check the daily cover sheet on their phone or computer, and the school decides what each role sees. The reason for an absence is never asked for or stored. Absences, cover and timetables live in one place, with data stored in the EU. The school's current timetable is loaded for it, and there is a one-month free trial.
