Stop chasing people to find out where a job is: each job shows its current step, who has to mark the next one and what it is waiting for. Nothing moves on by mistake, because a step can require a paid deposit, a received part or a filled-in field first. Everyone on the team sees only what is theirs to do, and outside workshops or subcontractors mark their part in a portal without seeing customer contact details or prices. Deposits and balances are kept on each job, and the customer receipt or work order prints from the same record. Customer notices come pre-written and go out by email with the job details.
