Employees ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from the company's own policies, handbooks, SOPs and playbooks, instead of hunting through folders or asking colleagues.

Everything is stored as plain markdown in a GitHub or Azure DevOps repository the company already owns. There is no proprietary format, nothing to export, and the full version history stays with the company if it ever leaves.

Non-technical staff read and edit in a formatted editor that works like a word processor. Stacker Docs commits their changes to the repository for them, while technical teams keep working on the same files with their usual tools.
