## Overview

### Key benefits of IMFINITY CRM

One system instead of five. Listings, leads, viewings, deals, commissions and invoices live in the same place, so nothing has to be copied between tools.

Built by a working agency. IMFINITY GmbH is a licensed real estate agency in Stuttgart and uses the product daily. The details that only practitioners notice are already there.

Portal publishing without re-typing. Properties go to the portals over OpenImmo/FTP; enquiries come back as leads attached to the right property.

Contract paperwork handled. Terms of business, right-of-withdrawal notice, money-laundering identification and the agency agreement are prepared and signed on screen.

Commission that calculates itself. Splits per deal and per agent, and the statutory commission limits for Germany and Austria applied automatically.

No lock-in. Free plan forever, monthly cancellation on paid plans, open REST API, data hosted in Frankfurt under GDPR.
