## Overview

### Key benefits of Worship works

Data hosted in Canada, CRA-compliant tax receipts, PIPEDA compliance and pricing in Canadian dollars. Worship Works is designed around how Canadian churches and charities actually operate.
Replace spreadsheets, paper sign-up sheets and separate giving apps. Members, attendance, giving, accounting, purchasing and email all live in one place, so information is entered once and stays in sync.
Record contributions, expenses and bills, then reconcile every transaction with your bank. Purchase requests go through approval before money is spent, giving treasurers and boards a clear audit trail.
Works on any phone, tablet or computer with no installation. Approve purchases, record giving or check people in with QR codes on Sunday, wherever you are.
Sign up with your church name and email and start the same day, with no IT team needed. Step-by-step video tutorials help new admins and volunteer treasurers learn the system quickly.

## Reviews

### "Best canadian Church management App" — 5.0/5

> **Filmon** | *15 October 2026* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Worship Works is built for Canadian churches from the ground up: CRA-ready receipts, Canadian data hosting, and real church accounting, all in one app that works on your phone.
>
> **Cons**: Highly customized or deeply complex database workflows might feel a bit streamlined out, but for most mid-to-small church needs, it hits the sweet spot.
>
> It cuts down on the clutter of juggling multiple tools by keeping connection tracking, scheduling, and community communication in a single place.
