One-time setup: Agent $4,995, Agency $9,995 and Marketplace $14,995. Each product includes custom website design and configuration within its agreed standard scope.

All three products use the same active-listing subscription plans:
• Up to 100 listings: $99/month
• Up to 500 listings: $250/month
• Up to 1,000 listings: $450/month
• Up to 2,000 listings: $800/month
• Up to 5,000 listings: $1,500/month
• Up to 10,000 listings: $2,500/month
• More than 10,000 listings: custom quote

Subscriptions start at launch with a 12-month commitment. Customers can pay monthly or prepay annually at 12 times the monthly rate. There are no staff-seat charges.

The subscription includes hosting, backups, security updates, platform maintenance, ticket support and one hour of minor content or configuration changes per month, with no rollover. Bug fixes do not use this allowance.
