> **Cons**: I wouldnt say I didnt like this but as there is a lot capability, that also means there would need to be some minor training required to get used to using the software. But it isn't difficult at all\!

Not just does it allow me to manage almost every aspect of my business but it also gives me the ability to automate processes and has integrated the use of AI to make it easier to automate tasks but also to helo you find out information about your business quickly.

It can act as both a channel manager, and an operations handler and really has taken a lare proportion of the workload off my hands and allows me to focus on other things.

One thing that i also want to note is how available the team is to support and how much they are always striving to improve and upgrade the software. They take any feedback given into consideration and consistently provide the best user experience.

They also touch base with their customers to ensure they are making full use of the software and to help out if needed.

> **Pros**: Base360 gives you more control from one place than most channel managers. Pre-arrivals let you capture deposits seamlessly, and AI-powered ID verification makes guest checks quick and painless. It's a robust, all-in-one platform, so you don't need a separate tool alongside your channel manager as you would with Guesty. That keeps subscription costs down. Its heavy use of AI has also pushed me to get better at using AI myself.

> **Cons**: There's a lot to learn. With a software this complete, that comes with the territory. As a newer software, it can also raise questions about security and reliability. I've only ever had one issue, some slowness from a technical problem that lasted only a couple hours, and it was fixed the same day without affecting my ability to run my business.
