The platform automates the drafting of CSE meeting minutes (PV CSE) at the close of each meeting by structuring content in real time as the meeting progresses, removing the need to reconstruct discussions from notes after the fact.\n\nThe platform consolidates meeting preparation, agenda tracking, and minute writing into a single tool. Rather than managing these tasks across separate documents or applications, CSE representatives can handle the full meeting lifecycle within one environment. Automated structuring captures and organizes content during the session, so that a draft of the official minutes is ready immediately at the meeting's end.\n\nBeyond documentation, Cometia includes a mutual aid network connecting CSE elected members with peers for guidance, support, and knowledge exchange. This is particularly relevant for newly elected representatives or those navigating complex labor relations situations without dedicated legal or HR resources. The combination of documentation automation and peer support addresses two core operational challenges faced by CSE bodies across French companies.","image":"https://images.g2crowd.com/display-layer-screenshots/2109376/429038409633cd448ea03ea2cf661f412afb7b4c8dc9fef150159eca43d058c7.png","url":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2367620/cometia","@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2367620/cometia#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud, Windows on premise, Linux on premise"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2367620/cometia#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Meeting Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/881/meeting/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Cometia","position":3,"item":"/software/2367620/cometia","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
