Gamma is free to start. Every retailer can register in the Gamma Business app and run any reward model on the free tier, with no setup fee and no hardware. Paid tiers apply only as a business grows its number of participating customers. All prices are in EUR and are the same prices retailers pay in the live system.

How tiers work
Each reward model is priced by the number of customers taking part in it:
- Free tier: up to 33 customers
- Tier 2: up to 666 customers
- Tier 3: up to 2,999 customers
- Tier 4: up to 5,333 customers
- Custom: above 5,333 customers, pricing is set for the account specifically

Monthly reward models (billed monthly)
Instant Rewards, Incremental Rewards, Layered Rewards, Layered Discounts and Membership Program:
- Up to 33 customers: free
- Up to 666 customers: €35 per month
- Up to 2,999 customers: €45 per month
- Up to 5,333 customers: €65 per month
- Above 5,333: custom

Community Purchase (billed per 2-week pool period)
- Up to 33 customers: free
- Up to 666 customers: €50 per pool
- Up to 2,999 customers: €80 per pool
- Up to 5,333 customers: €120 per pool
- Above 5,333: custom

Community Deposit (billed per 2-week pool period)
- Up to 33 customers: free
- Up to 666 customers: €60 per pool
- Up to 2,999 customers: €90 per pool

Direct Credit add-on
Direct Credit (store credit customers can spend in any amount at any visit) can be activated on top of any reward model for an extra 25% of that model's price at the same tier. For example, a monthly model at €35 becomes €43.75, and Community Purchase at €50 becomes €62.50.

What each tier includes
Every tier raises the limits together:
- Active offers per month: 3, 6, 9 and 12 across the four tiers
- Broadcast reach: up to 33, 666, 2,999 and 5,333 of the retailer's own customers
- Maximum contribution counted per customer, per pool: €500, €1,000, €1,500 and €2,000

Customer communication
Push notifications and in-app messages are free at every tier. Email broadcasts are free on the free tier and cost €3, €6 or €9 per broadcast on tiers 2 to 4.

Always free
- Gamma CRM: the web dashboard with transaction history, weekly analytics, program settings, locations, staff logins and customer groups is free for every retailer, on any model and any tier, with no ceiling.
- Gamma Community: companies, clubs, unions and associations register and manage their members for free. The organization never pays; the retailer funds the reward.
- Gamma Wallet: the customer app is always free.

Customer credit limit
Each customer can hold at most €200 in reward credit at a single retailer, across all reward models combined. Credit beyond that limit is not added until the customer spends some of it.

No hidden steps
There is no sales call needed to see a price and no setup fee. Retailers register in the Gamma Business app, start on the free tier the same day, and move up only when their customer numbers grow.
