No commission, ever. Marketplaces charge a percentage for every new client who arrives through their app. Lanzo charges a flat 19.99 EUR per month plus VAT and nothing else: no commission per booking, no commission per new client, no extra fee per employee. A salon knows exactly what it pays before the month starts.

The diary fills itself. The WhatsApp assistant answers clients in the channel they already use, checks the real gaps in the diary and books the appointment without the owner stopping what she is doing.
