Stop retyping. Employee and employer details are written into every contract, annex and decision automatically, so a document takes a few clicks instead of an afternoon, and the errors that come from copying between files simply do not occur.

Never miss a statutory deadline. Contracts running out, probation periods ending and expiring ID cards and work permits are tracked by the application and announced before they matter, instead of depending on someone remembering to open a folder.

Give payroll a finished timesheet. Hours arrive from phones, from a terminal at the entrance and from managers, and come out as one monthly sheet with night work, overtime, leave and sick days already separated and ready to export.

Answer an inspection from one screen. The employee file, every document issued, the daily attendance record and the leave history sit together and are exportable, rather than being assembled from three systems when someone asks.
