Check-ins your clients actually send. Five minutes on their phone: weight, measurements, how they feel, and progress photos. No app to install, a link opens their space in the browser.

Real numbers behind every diet. Calories and macros are computed from a food database instead of being estimated, and you write the plan in grams, meal by meal.

Nothing decides for you. Moveat writes no diet and no program, proposes nothing and recommends nothing. There is no artificial intelligence in the coaching workflow.

Progress seen, not guessed. Weight and measurement charts over time, and photos compared pose by pose with the weight change next to them.
