> **Pros**: Application engineers, customer services and overall functionnality.  It is very easy to speak with an expert to help us improve how we use Prextra.

> **Cons**: It seems to lack of connection with other softwares.  We have used the CRM module for a long time but abandoned it for a more integrated software, connection is not possible as of now.
> 
> Very good.  As I said, we are not ERP experts so it's good to have available ressources to help us improve how we use Prextra.
