### Key benefits of Homerun

Estimators check the takeoff instead of counting it: every device, fixture and switchboard is marked on the plan and linked to its count. Quantities are priced from the contractor's own catalogue, part numbers and rates, so the existing cost book, rates and margins stay the same. Ambiguous symbols are flagged rather than guessed, and overrides hold with the change recorded. Drawing sets go in as issued, with no preparation step, and the result can be exported to an existing estimate template.
