> **Pros**: Schnelle Reaktionszeiten, einfache und intuitive Konfiguration sowie ein schlankes, übersichtliches Design. Besonders positiv ist auch das tolle und sehr engagierte Team, das bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell unterstützt und offen für Feedback und Verbesserungsvorschläge ist.

> **Cons**: Das HOPIT Portal befindet sich aktuell noch etwas in den Anfangsschuhen und bietet daher an einigen Stellen noch Ausbaupotenzial. Zusätzliche Funktionen, mehr Integrationsmöglichkeiten bzw. Treiber sowie erweiterte Diagnose- und Management-Funktionen würden die Plattform weiter verbessern.

> Insgesamt haben wir mit HOPIT  bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Lösung ist schlank aufgebaut, übersichtlich und lässt sich schnell konfigurieren. Gerade im täglichen Betrieb finde ich es angenehm, dass vieles unkompliziert funktioniert und man nicht für jede kleine Änderung einen großen Aufwand hat.

Sehr positiv ist für mich auch die Zusammenarbeit mit HEAP - das Team ist engagiert, reagiert schnell und versucht bei Problemen oder neuen Anforderungen gemeinsam eine passende Lösung zu finden. Feedback wird aufgenommen und man merkt, dass das Produkt laufend weiterentwickelt wird.

Natürlich gibt es auch noch Luft nach oben... vor allem das HOPIT Portal ist aus meiner Sicht noch etwas in den Anfangsschuhen und könnte funktional weiter ausgebaut werden. Auch zusätzliche Treiber und Integrationsmöglichkeiten wären für unterschiedliche Produktionsumgebungen sehr hilfreich.
