## Overview

### Key benefits of opheo

Reduce manual planning effort

In-house algorithms generate scheduling suggestions, optimize assignments and stop sequences, and recalculate routes and ETAs as conditions change.

Identify operational risks earlier

Dispatchers can detect delivery-window, traffic, driving-time, and downstream tour conflicts, compare alternatives, and adjust schedules before service levels are affected.

Connect dispatchers and drivers

opheo MOBILE supports digital tour transmission and processing, navigation, status feedback, document capture, and electronic proof of delivery.

Improve operational visibility

Live vehicle positions, status information, ETAs, and remaining-driving-time forecasts give dispatchers a shared view of current operations.

Integrate existing systems

Open interfaces connect opheo with ERP, WMS, freight exchange, and telematics systems, including SAP, TIMOCOM, GVS, SPEDION, and YellowFox.

Choose the appropriate deployment model

opheo is available on premises or as a SaaS solution hosted in Microsoft Azure and can be expanded with optional modules and interfaces.

Support structured dispatcher onboarding

Consultants and project managers provide introductory master-data training followed by dedicated dispatch training. Manuals are available for the software and its add-on modules.

> **Luca** | *22 September 2026* | Industrial Automation | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Intuitiv, fortschrittlich, denkt an die Zukunft und es wird stetig weiterentwickelt. Daher kann es gerne so weiter gehen
>
> **Cons**: Projekt an sich war schwer, aber das lag auch stark an uns. Seitdem aber sehr zufrieden und die neuen Möglichkeiten sind sehr zukunftsorientiert.

### "Standard vs Individualisierbarkeit" — 4.0/5

> **Filip** | *22 September 2026* | Civil Engineering | Recommendation rating: 2.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Das anpassbare Reporting System. Die hohe usability und die Planungshilfen. Die Individualisierbarkeit der Oberflächen.
>
> **Cons**: Die fehlende Individualisierbarkeit für kundenspezifische Prozesse. Fehlende Suchfunktionen im Gantt. Fehlende Schnelle Tourenerstellung für kurzfristige Kleinaufträge
>
> Allgemein Gut, aber durch fehlende individuelle Anpassungsmöglichkeiten müssen für kundenspezifische Prozesse Absprünge in weitere Systeme gemacht werden.
