Cut first-round interview load. A 60-minute simulation runs without anyone from your team in the room, so your interviewers only meet candidates who have already shown the work.

Compare finalists on evidence, not impressions. Every score links to a timestamp in the recording, so a hiring debate can be settled by watching 90 seconds rather than trading opinions.
