This limitation should go away, according to developer. Help system is good, but not always intuitive - needs keyword search feature to allow for better user support. This tool requires certain specific steps to accomplish processes, the steps are not well documented and there is a learning curve to be able to utilize many of the built-in features that make this product very useful. In other words, users can 'get by' and do basics, but to truly benefit from TESS requires more work than it needs to. > > TESS has been a great asset to our business. Although there was a decent amount of training recorded, a lot of the critical information was available via the live webinar > > frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of time at the end of the day. As noted, the features were great but seemed like this software was designed by non-industry programmers and engineers. It had the right features yet the flow and even the steps required to use the software were cumbersome and counterintuitive.
