> **Pros**: As someone who manages the fulfillment of web orders, Squid is a very user-friendly system that is very intuitive. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are a pleasure to work with and their support for any issues that arise are quick and effective. They have customized Sqquid to fit a lot of our order management needs and we continue to work with them to make Sqquid our 1 stop order management system. They are very knowledgeable and helpful\!

> **Cons**: We are currently working with Sqquid to have them produce picking lists and packing slips for our multi-store fulfillment teams. They are also working on rerouting any orders that need to be sent to another location for fulfillment. We also would like to implement a 1 touch refund feature to help streamline efficiency for stores and customer care. These are all things Sqquid is aware of and we are excited to help them implement and roll out some of these features.

> **Pros**: sqquid has helped us gain efficiency with order processing and reduce shipping costs. This is largely due to  its smart order routing. And, the setup was quick.

> **Cons**: There's been a bug or two. But, support was there when I needed it.

> We are solving labor and resource issues with sqquid. We previously had a lot of pain points around product listings online and fulfillment. Now, our catalog is stable, we are fulfilling from multiple facilities, and are optimistic about opening new channels.

> **Pros**: The integrations with my POS and shipping modules are flawless.  Solid as a rock and always up.  Couldn't ask for more\! As for the service, its been timely and responsive,  developers listen to the needs and determine the proper workflow to ensure optimum efficiency,
