Beautiful UI. Sharing capabilities. Optional folder structure. Customization. Speedy search. Great support. Quick uploads. > > **Cons**: After organizing my videos into folders, I was disappointed to learn that I could not share the entire folder with all its contents but can only share each individual video. > > My overall experience with Livid has been extremely positive. After a terrible experience with another app, Livid in a breath of fresh air\! Once I poked around a bit, I found a great deal of useful features for consistent branding, efficient sharing/embedding and ways to organize. Highly recommend\! ----- ### "Professional Video Hosting with Helpful Privacy and Branding Controls" — 5.0/5 > **Randall** | *11 September 2026* | Alternative Medicine | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: LIVID has been a practical choice for managing and sharing our video content. It gives us a polished viewing experience without outside advertisements or unrelated recommendations, and the player can be adjusted with our logo, colors, and preferred embed settings. I also find the access controls useful. We can share videos privately, use unlisted links, or add password protection when content should only be available to specific viewers. The viewing analytics provide useful information about engagement, and timestamped comments make it easier to review videos and organize feedback. A particularly convenient feature is the option to update a video while keeping the same URL. This saves time when an existing link or website embed needs to remain active. LIVID’s migration tools are another advantage for teams moving content from Vimeo. The main improvement I would like to see is more extensive branding control, especially the ability to remove additional LIVID logos and create an experience that feels completely aligned with our company. Overall, LIVID is a capable and user-friendly platform for businesses, educators, creators, and teams that need dependable video hosting with useful privacy and management options. > > **Cons**: The branding options are useful, but I’d appreciate greater control over the player’s appearance. More customization choices and the option to hide additional LIVID branding would help us create a more consistent, company-focused viewing experience for our audience. > > My overall experience with LIVID has been positive. The platform offers a straightforward way to host, organize, and share videos in a clean, professional environment without third-party advertisements or distracting recommendations. I especially appreciate the privacy settings, viewer analytics, timestamped feedback, and the ability to update a video without changing its existing URL. The customizable player and migration tools have also made LIVID useful for managing our content and maintaining a consistent presentation. While I would like to see more advanced branding controls and the option to remove additional LIVID logos, the platform has been reliable and easy to use overall. It is a practical solution for businesses and teams that want greater control over their video content and viewing experience. ----- ### "alternative to Vimeo" — 4.0/5 > **Thierry** | *11 September 2026* | Hospitality | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: very friendly easy to use , to upload a video and share to all my contacts or via link. it is very similar to Vimeo so the handover was quite easy\! > > **Cons**: not possible to embedded videos on Powerpoint. when you want to include an online video on a powerpoint slide , the livid link is not recognise so we have to do an alternative by including a photo which has the livid link on it as hyperlink. > > I really enjoy as I used Vimeo before , so very similar, and much cheaper and as functional . the option to upload all Vimeo content is also well thought. ----- ### "Livid is an exceptional platform for my needs." — 5.0/5 > **Ludwight** | *13 October 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Livid has proven to be an exceptional platform for my needs. The video display is both sophisticated and visually appealing, and the ease of adding subtitles with a single click is commendable. Additionally, Livid provides greater storage capacity compared to most other video hosting services. > > **Cons**: I would appreciate the addition of a pay-per-view feature in the future, which would allow me to diversify beyond my membership site for educational videos. I am hopeful this feature will be introduced soon. > > I am fully satisfied with my decision to choose Livid and look forward to witnessing their continued growth. The course is designed to help people create their own AI Agent that writes in their own voice. Since this is copyrighted material, I did not want to post this onto Youtube. I wanted my video content password protected and only accessible to the students who joined the course. I examined other options besides Livid that could accomplish what I needed. After a deep dive analysis of each platform, I continued to come back to Livid. I decided to make the decision and purchase Livid. I am very happy for this decision. I am able to customize the interface to include my company logo and brand colors. My students in the course have also been able to access the videos with zero friction points. I would recommend Livid to everybody and will continue to use this platform for future editions of my course. > > **Cons**: I have not been able to discover any cons at this point for Livid. It has worked very well for me. I am happy with this product. > > My overall experience with Livid has been very wonderful. I like how I am able to custom design the video player to match my brand. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2151735/livid?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2151735/livid) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
