The software provides GPS stamped time tracking, employee scheduling, overtime monitoring, paid time off management, and payroll export capabilities through a mobile first interface accessible via native iOS and Android applications, web browsers, or tablet kiosk mode. The application targets managers and business owners who require precise time tracking with location verification, automated compliance monitoring, and streamlined payroll processing without the complexity of enterprise grade workforce management systems.\nTime tracking functionality centers on one tap clock in and clock out operations that capture GPS coordinates at the moment of each punch. Optional geofencing restricts or flags punches that occur outside designated work locations. Offline punches are stored locally and synchronize automatically when connectivity is restored. Employee access is supported through mobile devices, shared tablet kiosks with four digit PIN codes, or web browsers without requiring additional installations.\nThe scheduling module supports recurring shift templates, open shift postings, swap requests, and confirmation reminders with labor cost projections during schedule construction. An exception management inbox consolidates anomalies such as missed clock outs, late arrivals, skipped breaks, and impending overtime thresholds into a single review queue for approval, annotation, or correction. Paid time off functionality encompasses balance tracking, accrual calculations, request submission, approval workflows, and automatic blocking of unavailable periods in the scheduler. Configurable compliance rules enforce daily and weekly overtime thresholds, mandatory meal periods, rest break requirements, and maximum consecutive workday limits with violations surfaced automatically.\nMulti site configurations allow distinct geofences, schedules, manager permissions, and compliance rules per location while preserving consolidated visibility for account owners. The kiosk mode transforms any tablet into a shared clock in station by displaying a persistent URL where employees authenticate using personal identification numbers. Photo proof of work features enable attachment of images to clock in events, providing visual verification of presence at client or job sites. Data privacy measures ensure that location stamps are applied only at punch moments and that user information remains secure. The payroll export system produces formatted comma separated values files compatible with common payroll processors including ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks as well as generic file formats for other systems. Managers review and lock pay periods prior to export to ensure that overtime calculations, break deductions, and regular hours reflect configured compliance rules. File based exports serve as the primary integration method, enabling seamless import into external payroll and accounting platforms without requiring direct application programming interface connections.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/48152d04-6144-4b10-8c7e-92cdf9b72037.png","url":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2143966/clockout-1","@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2143966/clockout-1#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/#organization"},"offers":{"price":"3","@type":"Offer","priceCurrency":"USD"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.com.au/software/2143966/clockout-1#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Time Tracking Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/571/time-tracking/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"ClockOut Time Clock by Ophy Labs","position":3,"item":"/software/2143966/clockout-1","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
