## Overview

### Key benefits of Usedigest

\* Consolidates 20+ source types — including RSS feeds, newsletters, X/Twitter, YouTube, podcasts, stocks, crypto, and weather — into one scheduled daily email, reducing the need to monitor multiple platforms separately.
\* Dedicated @usedigest.com inbox address keeps newsletter subscriptions isolated from a primary personal inbox, with support for Gmail forwarding and in-platform read, search, and archive functionality.
\* AI-generated bullet-point summaries of incoming newsletters allow rapid scanning of high newsletter volumes without opening each one individually; a monthly summary limit applies per plan.
\* Flexible scheduling options — daily, weekdays only, custom delivery time, or immediate send — allow users to control when digest content arrives.
\* X/Twitter digest tracks followed accounts and keyword searches, delivering results by email without requiring direct platform access.
\* RSS-to-email aggregation supports unlimited RSS feeds combined with other source types into a single digest, consolidating fragmented content streams.
\* Real-time stock and crypto tracking includes 24-hour percentage changes, giving investors a market snapshot within their daily briefing.
\* Google News integration supports both topic-based headlines and custom keyword searches, surfacing relevant news without manual browsing.
\* Podcast source support delivers the latest episode artwork and duration metadata directly in the digest, alongside other content types.
\* Mastodon and Bluesky account following works across any instance, extending aggregation to decentralized social platforms.
\* Public digest sharing with custom links (dg.st/yourname), public or private settings, subscriber opt-in, bulk import, and a subscriber management dashboard supports content curators distributing briefings to an audience.
\* Auto-save preserves session state during digest building, preventing loss of configuration progress.
