Subscription: Basic Start $29, Advanced Growth $99, Confident Scaling $299,
Enterprise by contract. Plans differ by catalog depth (core, extended, full)
and how many orders can run at the same time (2, 6, 15, negotiated).

Inventory is not included in the subscription. You fund the buyout of your
units at landed cost, meaning supplier price plus inbound logistics and
customs, with no markup and a $0 procurement fee, and you fund the
advertising budget spent on your products. You own the stock.

The managed-service fee is charged per sale and set by product category,
from 12% on books to 20% on apparel. It covers fulfillment, payment
processing, warehousing and customer service. A returns reserve of 4-25% is
held by category for 60-90 days and released once the return window closes.
Storage is billed per unit per month if inventory sits longer than 90 days.
Rates are published on our website and reviewed quarterly.

Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required, extended by 7 more days if no
sale has happened yet. A subscription cancelled within 7 days of payment is
refunded. There is no free version.

Pricing does not depend on the number of users, and all amounts are in USD.
