Costs stay flat as bookings grow. Charterfy is a monthly subscription, not a percentage. A booking an operator sources themselves — their own website, a repeat customer, a walk-up, a phone call — carries no commission and no per-reservation fee, at any volume. The bill is the same in a busy August as in a quiet February.

Built for charter boats, not adapted from tour software. Availability is managed per vessel. Deposits and balances are held as separate states because they are collected at different times. Waivers are tracked apart from payments, so an unsigned waiver shows up before the guest reaches the dock. Crew permissions are scoped to the boats each person actually works on.
