### Key benefits of Grace Gate Check-In

Check a family in before the music starts. One search finds the household, you tap the kids who came, and their labels print. The line doesn't back up at 9:58.

Every label carries the allergy. Pickup runs on a 4-digit pickup code, and if a family has named someone who may not collect a child, the kiosk asks a staff member to approve the pickup rather than making a 17-year-old decide at the door.

Parents hear it on their phone. The free app for iPhone and Android sends a pickup-ready alert that breaks through Do Not Disturb, and a teacher can page a guardian from a QR code taped to the classroom door.

Volunteers actually answer. Scheduling sends one email with accept and decline links that need no login and no password, and the roster tracks when each person's background check expires so nobody serves on a lapsed one.

It runs on what you already own. An iPad at the desk, any browser for the dashboard, label printing from Mac, Windows, or the browser itself. Nothing proprietary to buy.

It keeps going when the Wi-Fi doesn't. Offline Mode runs check-in with no internet at all, and a Mac beside the iPad prints the name tags over Bluetooth.

It doesn't replace your church-management software. Import your directory from Planning Center, Breeze, or Elvanto, and leave giving, membership, and groups where they already work.
