### Key benefits of ICTPBX

You keep the infrastructure. ICTPBX runs on your own Linux server, so extensions, call recordings, CDRs and billing data never sit on someone else's platform. If a vendor changes their pricing or their terms, your phone system does not move.

You can sell it as your own. White-label branding works per tenant, so each customer sees your brand rather than ours. Combined with quota controls, billing and fraud prevention, that turns one installation into a hosted voice product you can resell.

Growth does not raise your software bill. There are no per-user or per-extension licence fees. The same installation handles a handful of extensions or thousands of seats, so adding customers changes your capacity planning rather than your licence cost.

One dashboard instead of many installs. Tenants are isolated from each other but administered from a single Angular interface, so you are not logging into a separate PBX for every customer you onboard.

Nothing to install on the desktop. The built-in WebRTC softphone runs in a browser tab, which removes the softphone rollout from your onboarding checklist. Desk phones are handled by zero-touch provisioning rather than manual configuration.

No carrier lock-in. SIP trunking works with any SIP-compliant provider, so you can switch carriers or run several at once without changing platform.

You can try the real thing for free. Community Edition is open source under MPL 2.0 on GitHub. Run it, read the code, and decide afterwards whether you need the multi-tenant Service Provider Edition.
