Every paid plan includes all core features — retries, idempotent delivery, dead letter queues, event replay, HMAC-signed webhooks, embeddable workspaces, SDKs, and the MCP server. You are not paying more to unlock reliability primitives; those are standard across every tier.

How events are counted:

One "event" equals one emitted event from your application, regardless of how many destinations it fans out to. If your product emits a "user.signed\_up" event and Meshes routes it to HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Slack, that counts as one event against your plan — not three. This is intentional: adding destinations should make your integration layer cheaper per delivery, not more expensive. It also means your costs scale with your product's genuine activity, not with the number of tools in your stack.

What "workspaces" and "connections" mean:

A workspace is an isolated environment for event routing — useful for separating staging and production, or for giving different teams or customers their own scope. A connection is a single configured destination (for example, a specific HubSpot account, a specific Slack workspace, or a specific webhook endpoint). Plans scale workspace and connection limits alongside event volume so your organization can grow without replanning your tier every quarter.

Integrations included at every tier:

Every plan, including the free Developer tier, includes access to all native integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, MailerLite, Resend, SendGrid, Slack, Discord, Zoom, generic Webhooks, and more. New integrations are added regularly and become available to all plans immediately — you do not need to upgrade to access new destinations.

No surprise overage charges on lower plans:

The Developer, Builder, Pro, and Scale plans have soft limits, not punitive overage billing. If you approach your monthly event cap, you will receive alerts in the dashboard and by email so you can upgrade proactively. We would rather have a conversation about your growth than send you a surprise invoice.

Enterprise pricing:

Enterprise plans are designed for teams that need custom event volumes, dedicated support channels, negotiated SLAs, or specific contractual terms for procurement, security, or compliance. Free trials and credits:

The Developer plan is free and lets you validate the integration pattern before upgrading to a paid plan. Why this pricing model:

Traditional workflow automation tools price per task — every time an event fires to a destination, it counts. That model breaks when your users are AI agents firing thousands of events, or when you want to add a fourth or fifth destination to an existing event. Meshes prices per emitted event, not per delivery, so your integration costs stay predictable as your product scales and as you add destinations to existing events.
