> **Pros**: I’ve used a number of platforms for managing maintenance, and this is by far the most effective. The system is intuitive, user-friendly, and clearly designed with both operators and residents in mind. It’s also continually evolving, with regular improvements that reflect user feedback. The support team are responsive and easy to communicate with, and importantly, our residents actually enjoy using the platform — which is a significant win.

> **Cons**: At present, there isn’t a function for external parties to raise jobs (e.g. non-registered residents such as carers or external letting agents). That said, from recent discussions with the team, this is already in development and expected to be introduced in upcoming releases, which is encouraging.
