> **Pros**: I like the fact that it is strictly analytics for instagram. They have more then most of the other companys for a reasonable price. Most of the analytics they offer are very different from what you may see on other platforms and they have a scheduled export feature which is pretty cool. The ability to customize your desired date range makes this alot easier when trying to report. Also the fact that it tells you lost followers in addition to the ones gained as well as the average. Customer service is great\!

> **Cons**: Back to the scheduling feature. I really wish they would allow me to schedule a custom export. In my case I need a report exported every 4 weeks that shows me analytics from the past 4 weeks. My clients pay on a per 4 week basis. It is very time consuming to have to schedule out every time i need to go on and export things for my clients versus having it sent to my inbox the day I need it.

In addition, the time zone seems to be a little off because it shows i post 3 photos and 1 video when in reality i posted 2 photos and 2 videos. Which makes that function usless amd confusing to my clients.
