How it keeps track of worker time off requests and how it stops me from accidentally scheduling someone when they are not available 
I like how my staff access the schedule from a link without having to install an app or remember a password 
How it tells me if the schedule violates the Working Time Directive so that I don’t stress about it
How I can easily see how much a schedule is costing me, broken down in so many ways.

> **Cons**: When you add a new employee, you cannot immediately schedule a pay-rise.  You have to add the employee then go back and edit the employee to schedule the pay-rise.  Now that I know, it is simple but it was not immediately obvious.

> Overall, I’m amazed.  It’s so easy to use yet so thorough in its ability.  The quality is better than my online banking and the cost is right where I need it to be.
