After paying for the software, the service has been a complete failure from start to finish.

- No Purchase Confirmation: After submitting payment, I received no confirmation email, no receipt, and no account details. I had to proactively chase them to get any information.

Invalid License Keys: After contacting support on WhatsApp, I was eventually sent license keys that did not work.


Complete Lack of Support: After reporting these issues, the support team has completely ghosted me. They are no longer responding to my follow-up messages on WhatsApp or any other channel.

I have been left with a non-functional product that I paid for, and the company has made no effort to resolve the situation or provide a refund.
