Vaulo unterstützt uns dabei, Bildwelten strukturiert zu verwalten und gezielt freizugeben – das spart Zeit und schafft Sicherheit im Umgang mit Assets. Die Bedienbarkeit ist intuitiv, was die interne Zusammenarbeit deutlich erleichtert.

Gleichzeitig geben die hinterlegten Urheberrechtshinweise und Informationen zu Persönlichkeitsrechten Sicherheit im täglichen Arbeiten, was im Eventkontext essenziell ist. Für uns ist VAULO damit nicht nur ein Ablagetool, sondern eine professionelle Arbeitsgrundlage für eine klare, strukturierte und rechtssichere Bildkommunikation.

Der direkte Kontakt zur IT hilft sowohl im Setup-Prozess als auch in der täglichen Arbeit mit dem System. Optimierungsvorschläge und Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt und können mal als bezahlter Custom Auftrag und mal als grundsätzliche Verbesserung des Systems umgesetzt werden.

Bereits wenige Minuten nach dem Onboarding waren sämtliche Dateien automatisch verschlagwortet und mit passenden Keywords versehen. Die Suche funktioniert jetzt blitzschnell, und wir finden genau das, was wir brauchen. Ein großartiges Tool – intuitiv, effizient und zudem preislich absolut fair\!

> **Cons**: Wenn ich ehrloch bin fällt mir derzeit nichts ein, was mir nicht gefällt. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

> Ich kann meine Bilder bereits während eines Shootings auf den Laptop laden, so erhält der Kunde meine Bilder sofort. Das ist grade im Pressebereich für mich sehr von Vorteil. Anderen Kunden wie zum Beispiel meinen Brautpaaren, kann ich über einen download link sehr viele und große Dateien ebenfalls sehr schnell zukommen lassen.
