Being able to see which calls came from which ads or keywords was a gamechanger. No more guessin where leads came from. Also the missed call alerts?saved me a few deals for real.

Dialhawk is the best value call tracking software for lead generation agencies out there that I've come across plus it has some great features like the form submission to phone call feature that is a massive value add for clients

> **Cons**: Very few complaints. Dialhawk is fantastic. It would be sweet if they integrated form submissions into their call tracking report so that all leads collected would appear in the same location. this would make it easier to show the value of the service we provide to clients

I love how simple it is to find and listen to what you need and you can add notes to every recorded call for reference. Another great feature is the ability to send out invoices—everything looks clean and professional, which really makes a great impression on customers.
