Architect, consultant, General contractor, Clerk, Project Manager, etc... all connected through one platform. The fact that AÏDI let external party input their own documents for ongoing project requirements (Directive, Change order, Payment request, Invoice, etc... ) in a efficient and structured way, witch give the project manager more time to focus or other critical items in is day to day task. That is were AIDI become a good solution for time saving. This process reduces number of error and keep the lead time for processing all those documents faster through a pre-establish approval chain while keeping a traceability for project closure.
