> **Pros**: The ongoing support from the Catholic Faith Technologies/FACTS team has been very helpful. This ongoing interaction with suppor staff, as well as availability of technical support, has been great.

> **Cons**: It would be better to be able to update course pages instantaneously, as opposed to having to update PDFs and upload them. I previously used Google sites as an LMS. While the FACTS LMS is superior, what I liked about Google Sites, is that I was able to make real time edits to the course pages and then, with a click of the button, be able to upload the updated course page.

> Very good overall. Occasionally there have been some bugs. Particularly with versioning course sites, making the edits, and re-publishing the course sites, there have instances of issues. But the support staff was able to address those issues.
